What's more "Country Pub" than a weekly meat raffle, especially one that's for the local netball & football club; "The Mighty Trentham Saints!"
Every Friday the Public Bar in Hotel Trentham comes alive around 6pm with the weekly meat raffle... and it's not just a tray of meat up for grabs! There's farm fresh eggs, some bottles of wines, and a few cheap laughs all drawn from a broken plastic bucket at about 7.00pm.
Tickets are cheap enough, but what IS important is that 100% of the money raised every Friday evening goes to the Trentham Saints, raising much needed funds for ALL parts of our local sporting club; in particular junior participation.
Sport is on the telly, the environment is definitely family friendly, and the banter is good fun. Just remember to bring a $2 coin (or two)!
