LEARN HOW TO MAKE GNOCCHI AT HOTEL TRENTHAM!
Hotel Trentham is running a Gnocchi Making Classes on on both Saturday 2nd May & Sunday 3rd May starting at 9.30am, hosted by Chef Erica Crowther.
Strictly limited to just 10 people, each class will teach you how to make Gnocchi from scratch, and include potato selection, potato preparation & portioning, how to use the right ingredients, pre-cooking & chilling, and most importantly cooking Gnocchi with sauces. This interactive and hands-on class will have you making your Gnocchi for lunch and includes a glass of wine from one of our local wineries.
WHEN: 9.30am to 11.30am, hosted on both Saturday 2nd May & Sunday 3rd May (followed by lunch from 11.30am)
