ABOUT HOTEL TRENTHAM

Not too fancy. Honest pub food. A bistro for all the family. A familiar beer on tap. A smile from the staff. A public bar where you can lean tall, be spun a yarn, tell a few tales, and be made to feel welcome, no matter what your story is. The story of the original Trentham Hotel started some time in 1926. The tastefully restored Hotel Trentham reopened its doors on 10th January 2024, after undergoing 7 months of renovations and refurbishments, renovating & returning the pub to the town as Hotel Trentham, and importantly ensuring that High Street, Trentham once again has a couple of great pubs. A pub that continues to add to the town's story, and respects the town's history.

Hotel Trentham is open EVERY day of the year, and in traditional pub fashion, we don't take bookings, just come on in, and we'll look after you. Our Bistro is open for lunch every day from 11.30am to 2.30pm, and for dinner from 5.30pm to 8.00pm. Our Public Bar is open from 11.00am daily, with the Bar Menu available all day until 8.00pm in both the Public Bar & Beer Garden. Our Bottle Shop section is available until we close our doors, and all our meals are available as a takeaway option also, (with the exception of the Kids Menu).

Our hidden "Wine Room" is stocked with wines from afar as New Zealand, France, Italy, Spain & Portugal, as well as some of Australia's best regional wines and wine brands. We also have a selection of some great local wines, and some great wine specials, all available to enjoy with lunch dinner, or to take home. You can even sit in the Wine Room away from the crowd, and enjoy a drink or two in the beautiful surrounds of our very favorite space.
